Cancellation Policy

1. Group Classes

Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 10 hours before the scheduled start time.

Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the session credit.

2. Private Sessions

Private sessions require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.

3. Waitlist

Clients are responsible for managing bookings received through the waitlist.

4. Studio Cancellations

If Soul Circle cancels a session, the credit will be returned to your account.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Soul Circle.
