Opening hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 20:00. Saturday, 9:00 to 13:00. Closed on Sunday. Classes run by booking, so there is always someone here when a class is on.

Where we are

Rua do Sol ao Rato 7 RC, 1250-260 Lisbon. We are in Rato, a few minutes from Príncipe Real and Amoreiras, and a short walk from Rato metro station.

Which class to book

• Soul Start. Where you begin if Classical Pilates is new to you, or almost new.
• Soul Progression. For when the movement is already familiar and ready to get more fluid.
• Soul Strength. For experienced practitioners who want a more dynamic challenge.
• Soul Mama. For pregnancy and post partum.

If you are not sure, book Soul Start. The method is specific and the foundation matters.

Before your first class

Arrive a few minutes early so we can talk before you get on the equipment. Wear something you can move in. Grip socks are mandatory, and available here. If you have an injury, pain or a movement limitation, tell us before class.

Group classes are capped at four people. Changes and cancellations follow our cancellation policy. Prefer one to one? Private sessions can be booked here too.
