1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Soul Circle Studio.
By purchasing a class, pack, or membership, you agree to these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance through our booking system.
2. Bookings
All classes and private sessions must be reserved in advance.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Group classes can be rescheduled up to 10 hours before the scheduled start time.
Private sessions require 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted.
4. Validity & Activation
All packs and memberships have a defined validity period, displayed at the time of purchase.
Validity begins on the date of the first session booked.
If no booking is made, it will automatically activate 14 days after purchase.
Expired sessions cannot be extended or refunded.
5. Memberships
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis.
Any minimum commitment period and cancellation notice will be specified at the time of purchase.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
6. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of purchase via the available payment methods.
Soul Circle reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Changes will not affect existing purchases.
7. Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Unused sessions within their validity period remain the responsibility of the client.
In exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed at the discretion of Soul Circle.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases)
In accordance with Portuguese and EU consumer law, clients purchasing services online may have the right to withdraw within 14 days, unless the service has already been used or scheduled within that period.
By booking and attending a session within this timeframe, you acknowledge that you waive this right.
9. Health & Liability
By attending classes, you confirm that you are physically able to participate.
You agree to inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to class.
Participation is at your own risk. Soul Circle is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions, except where required by law.
10. Studio Conduct
Clients are expected to respect the space, equipment, and other participants.
Soul Circle reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour.
11. Personal Belongings
Soul Circle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
12. Changes to Services
Soul Circle reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, and services when necessary.
If a class is cancelled by the studio, the session will be credited back to the client’s account.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
Information is used solely for bookings, payments, and communication related to Soul Circle services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
